These mat based classes combine the classical principles of pilates in creative flows meant to activate your breath, focus, strength, and flexibility. Led by instructor Julia Beros, classes will offer you a personalized challenge in a community centered environment. Classes aim to provide variety and accessibility for different levels allowing movers to build a deeper awareness of their range and autonomy in their practice. As a group we support each other and meet ourselves where we are to cultivate new perspectives, increase mobility and strength, and build habits of mindful moving to carry with us outside of class.
