Our Youth Programs in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu & Yoga are made possible through donations and adult memberships. Both teach discipline, self-defense, how to be calm in tense situations and encourages camaraderie with mentors and the community.
We believe that all kids should have access and an opportunity to train in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu & Yoga.

There is strong evidence that school absenteeism increases the likelihood of dropping out prior to graduation and also puts students at increased risk for substance abuse, gang involvement, and criminal activity
